What You’ll Do
- Connect your Gmail or one.com account.
- Filter the time period and domains you want to scan.
- Review the AI-generated list of relevant contacts.
- Import them directly into your MiniCRM product.
Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Access the Import Tool
Select the product where you want to add contacts. Click the arrow next to the New data sheet button and select Import from file (Betöltés fájlból).
Step 2: Choose Your Source
Click either the Gmail button or the one.com button to begin the connection.
Step 3: Set Your Filters
In the editor view, define your search criteria:
- Time Period: Select up to a 90-day window (the default is the last 90 days).
- Domain Filter: List any domains you want the AI to ignore (e.g., your own company domain).
- Max Contacts: Set a limit on how many results you want to see.
Step 4: Let the AI Work
The system will analyze content, language, and message frequency to find relevant leads.
Tip: You don’t have to wait on this screen! We’ll email you once the list is ready.
Step 5: Review and Import
Review the list of potential contacts. Once confirmed, MiniCRM will automatically create new data sheets with company details and contact info.
one.com Webmail Integration
If you are a one.com customer and have activated MiniCRM within your webmail account, you have two extra ways to start:
- Today View: Use the import button directly on your webmail dashboard when you first log in.
- Import Menu: Access the dedicated one.com button right next to the Gmail option in the MiniCRM import interface.
How the AI Decides Relevance
The AI doesn’t just grab every email address. It looks for:
- Relevant: Successful past sales, new inquiries, or active business discussions.
- Not Relevant: Internal emails with colleagues, newsletters, or spam messages.
Avoiding Duplicates
To keep your database clean, always check the “Skip existing contacts” option in the settings. This ensures that people already in your CRM aren’t imported a second time.
